Enforcement Decree of the National Health Promotion Act, Article 27-3 (Security for Payment of National Health Promotion Charges)

①법 제23조의2에 따라 담배의 제조자 또는 수입판매업자로부터 제공받을 수 있는 국민건강증진부담금(이하 "부담금"이라 한다)의 담보액은 다음 각 호에서 정한 금액의 100분의 120(현금 또는 납부보증보험증권의 경우에는 100분의 110) 이상으로 한다.

③담배수입판매업자가 수입한 담배를 통관하려는 때에는 보건복지부장관이 보건복지부령이 정하는 바에 따라 발행한 국민건강증진부담금 납부담보확인서(이하 "납부담보확인서"라 한다)를 통관지 세관장에게 제출하여야 하며, 세관장은 납부담보확인서에 기재된 담보의 범위 내에서 통관을 허용하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15>
