Enforcement Decree of the National Health Promotion Act, Article 16-5 (Qualifications of Smoking Cessation Instructors, etc.)

① 법 제9조의5제1항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 자격이 있는 사람"이란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람을 말한다. <개정 2020.3.17>

③ 법 제9조의5제2항에 따른 금연지도원의 직무범위는 별표 1의4와 같다. <개정 2016.6.21>

④ 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 법 제9조의5제5항에 따라 금연지도원에 대하여 금연 관련 법령, 금연의 필요성, 금연지도원의 자세 등에 대한 교육을 실시하여야 한다. 이 경우 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 효율적인 교육을 위하여 금연지도원에 대한 합동교육을 실시할 수 있다.

⑤ 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 금연지도원의 활동을 지원하기 위하여 예산의 범위에서 수당을 지급할 수 있다.

⑥ 제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 금연지도원 제도 운영에 필요한 사항은 해당 지방자치단체의 조례로 정한다.
