Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of National Marine Science Museums, Article 6 (Submission of Business Plans, etc.)

① 해양과학관의 관장(이하 "관장"이라 한다)은 법 제13조제2항에 따라 사업계획서와 예산서의 승인을 받으려는 경우에는 매년 12월 15일까지 다음 사업연도의 사업계획서와 예산서를 해양수산부장관에게 제출해야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 사업계획서에는 각 사업별로 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.
