국립대학병원 설치법 제10조(임원)

① 대학병원에는 이사장 1명을 포함한 이사 11명과 감사 1명을 둔다. <개정 2014.1.7>

② 이사장은 관련대학의 총장이 되며 이사는 다음 각 호에 해당하는 사람(이하 "당연직 이사"라 한다)과 이사회의 추천을 받아 보건복지부장관이 임명하는 사람으로 한다. 이 경우 당연직 이사 외의 이사 중에는 병원 경영에 관한 지식과 경험이 풍부한 외부인사가 1명 이상 포함되어야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.1.7, 2025.10.1, 2026.2.19>

⑤ 당연직 이사 외의 이사, 감사 또는 대학병원장이 「국가공무원법」 제33조 각 호의 결격사유 중 어느 하나에 해당하면 당연히 퇴직한다.
