국립대학법인 인천대학교 설립ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 제22조(개인재산의 양여 또는 출연)

① 국립대학법인 인천대학교는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 국가 또는 지방자치단체 외의 자로부터 무상으로 재산을 양도받거나 그 밖의 출연금을 받을 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 취득한 재산을 처분하는 경우에는 제공한 자의 의사 또는 그와의 계약에 따르되, 이에 대하여 특별히 정한 것이 없고 의사도 확인할 수 없는 경우에는 이사회의 결정에 따른다.
