국립대학법인 서울대학교 설립ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 제33조의3(교직원 임면)

① 부설학교에 「초ㆍ중등교육법」 제19조제1항 및 제2항에 따른 교원 및 직원을 둔다.

(1) Affiliated어^f필리에이티드 schools스쿨즈 shall섈 have해^v브 teachers티처즈 and앤드 staff스태^f프 under언더 Article아터클 19 (1) and앤드 (2) of어^v브 the^ð디 Elementary엘러멘트^r리 and앤드 Secondary세컨데^r리 Education에저케이션 Act.액트

② 제1항에 따른 교원 및 직원은 총장이 임면한다.

(2) Teachers티처즈 and앤드 staff스태^f프 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 and앤드 dismissed디스미스트 by바이 the^ð더 president.프^r레저덴트

③ 제1항에 따른 교원 및 직원의 자격ㆍ임면ㆍ복무, 신분보장 및 징계에 관하여 이 법에서 정하지 아니한 사항은 「사립학교법」을 준용한다. 이 경우 "관할청"은 "교육부장관"으로 본다.
