국립농업박물관법 제10조(이사회)

① 박물관의 중요 사항을 심의ㆍ의결하기 위하여 박물관에 이사회를 둔다.

② 이사회는 의장을 포함한 이사로 구성한다.

(2) The^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 directors,더^r렉터즈 including인클루딩 the^ð더 chair.체어

③ 관장은 이사회의 의장이 되고, 이사회 의장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때는 정관으로 정하는 임원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

(3) The^ð더 director더^r렉터 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 chair체어 of어^v브 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors,더^r렉터즈 and앤드 when웬 the^ð더 chair체어 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 duties두티즈 for^f포 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 the^ð디 officer오^f퍼서 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation인코퍼^r레이션 shall섈 act액트 on안 the^ð더 chair's체어즈 behalf.비해^f프

④ 이사회의 의장은 필요하다고 인정할 경우 이사회를 소집할 수 있다. 다만, 재적 이사 3분의 1 이상의 요구가 있거나 감사가 위법 또는 부당한 사항의 감사 결과를 보고하기 위하여 요구하는 경우에는 이사회를 소집하여야 한다.

⑤ 이사회는 재적 이사 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(5) The^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 pass패스 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 directors.더^r렉터즈

⑥ 감사는 직무와 관련하여 필요한 경우 이사회에 출석하여 발언할 수 있다.
