국립공원공단법 제21조(등기촉탁의 대위)

공단은 이 법 또는 「자연공원법」에 따른 위탁업무를 수행하면서 국가 또는 지방자치단체가 취득한 부동산에 관한 권리를 「부동산등기법」 제98조에 따라 등기하여야 하는 경우에는 국가 또는 지방자치단체를 대위하여 등기를 촉탁할 수 있다.
