Enforcement Decree of the Act on Preventing the Flight of Domestic Property, Article 2 (Application for Permission to Transfer Property)

법 제3조제1호에 따른 정부의 허가를 받으려는 자는 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 신청서를 재정경제부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 「관세법」이나 그 밖의 법령에 따라 소관 관청의 허가를 받은 경우에는 예외로 한다. <개정 2025.12.30>
