국내입양에 관한 특별법 제27조(아동의 인도)

아동의 친생부모, 후견인 또는 적법한 절차에 따라 아동을 보호하고 있는 자는 제21조제1항에 따른 입양허가 결정의 확정 또는 제22조제1항에 따른 임시양육결정 후 양자 또는 양자가 될 아동을 양부모 또는 양부모가 되려는 사람에게 직접 인도한다.
