국고금 관리법 시행령 제78조(예탁계정 등의 수입 및 지출)
Enforcement Decree of the National Treasury Funds Management Act, Article 78 (Revenue and Expenditure of the Deposit Account, etc.)
① 예탁계정은 각 회계와 계정 간의 예탁자금 및 반환자금을 수입 및 지출로 한다.
(1) The revenue and expenditure of the deposit account are funds deposited and funds returned between accounts and sub-accounts.
② 세부운용계정은 국고금 운용을 위하여 각 회계와 계정으로부터 운용계정으로 예탁되는 자금과 운용자금 회수금을 수입으로 하고, 각 회계와 계정으로부터 예탁받는 자금의 환급자금과 법 제34조제1항 각 호의 방법으로 운용하기 위하여 지급되는 자금을 지출로 한다.
(2) The revenue of the detailed management account is funds deposited from accounts and sub-accounts into the management account for managing national treasury funds and funds recovered from managed funds, and its expenditure is refunds of funds deposited from accounts and sub-accounts and funds paid for management by the methods in each subparagraph of Article 34 (1) of the Act.
③ 수익계정은 법 제34조제1항에 따른 운용자금의 운용수익과 이 영 제51조제3항에 따른 예탁자금의 수입이자 및 이 조 제4항에 따른 운용자금의 원리금을 수입으로 하고, 법 제34조제2항에 따른 용도로 사용하기 위하여 지급되는 자금 및 이 영 제51조제3항에 따른 예탁자금에 대하여 지급되는 이자를 지출로 한다.
(3) The revenue of the income account is income from managing funds under Article 34 (1) of the Act, interest income on deposited funds under Article 51 (3) of this Decree, and principal and interest on managed funds under paragraph (4) of this Article, and its expenditure is funds paid for use under Article 34 (2) of the Act and interest paid on deposited funds under Article 51 (3) of this Decree.
④ 계정출납명령관은 수익계정의 출납상 지장이 없는 범위에서 수익계정의 자금을 법 제34조제1항에 따라 운용할 수 있다.
(4) The account cash order official may manage the funds of the income account under Article 34 (1) of the Act within a range that does not hinder the receipt and payment of the income account.
