Enforcement Decree of the National Integrated Transport System Efficiency Act, Article 79 (Institutions Dedicated to Performance Evaluation of Intelligent Transport Systems)

① 국토교통부장관은 성능평가전담기관을 지정하려는 경우 법 제73조제4항 각 호에 따른 교통 분야별 지능형교통체계로 나누어 지정할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 법 제86조제4항에 따른 성능평가전담기관은 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행한다.
