Enforcement Decree of the National Integrated Transport System Efficiency Act, Article 46 (Project Operators of Multimodal Transfer Center Development Projects)

① 지정권자는 법 제49조제1항에 따라 복합환승센터 개발사업의 시행자(이하 "사업시행자"라 한다)를 지정할 때에는 사업계획의 타당성 및 재원조달 능력과 다른 법률에 따라 수립된 개발계획과의 관계 등을 고려하여야 한다.
