국가통합교통체계효율화법 시행령 제100조(교통신기술의 보호기간 등)

① 교통신기술의 보호기간은 교통신기술의 지정을 고시한 날부터 8년의 범위에서 국토교통부장관이 정하는 기간으로 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2022.6.7>

② 교통신기술개발자는 보호기간의 연장을 신청하려는 경우에는 제1항에서 정한 보호기간이 끝나기 150일 전까지 다음 각 호의 서류를 국토교통부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 국토교통부장관은 교통신기술의 활용 실적 등을 검증하여 그 보호기간을 7년의 범위에서 연장할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.5.22>

③ 제2항에 따른 보호기간 연장의 결정 등에 관하여는 제96조제3항, 제97조 및 제98조를 준용한다.
