Enforcement Decree of the National Intelligence Service Employees Act, Article 41 (Disciplinary Measures)
징계처분은 징계위원회에서 의결된 내용보다 무겁게 할 수 없다.
A disciplinary measure shall not be heavier than the content resolved by the disciplinary committee.
