국가정보원직원법 시행령 제26조의2(증언ㆍ진술 또는 공표 허가의 신청)

법 제17조제2항ㆍ제3항 또는 제5항에 따라 증언ㆍ진술 또는 공표에 관한 허가를 받으려는 사람은 증언ㆍ진술 또는 공표를 하려는 날의 15일 전까지 그 내용을 첨부하여 원장에게 허가를 신청하여야 한다.
