국가정보원직원법 시행령 제11조(전직시험)

① 전직시험은 원장이 정하는 교육을 이수한 사람 또는 전직하려는 직렬의 직무 내용과 같은 직무 분야에서 2년 이상 근무한 경력이 있는 사람에 대하여 실시한다.

② 전직시험은 필기시험 또는 실기시험과 면접시험에 의하여 실시한다. 다만, 전문관으로 전직하는 경우에는 필기시험과 실기시험을 면제할 수 있다.

③ 제2항의 필기시험 과목은 원장이 정한다.
