국가재정법 제84조(기금자산운용담당자의 손해배상 책임)

①기금의 자산운용을 담당하는 자는 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 법령을 위반하여 기금에 손해를 끼친 경우 그 손해를 배상할 책임이 있다.

②공무원이 기금의 자산운용에 영향을 줄 목적으로 직권을 남용하여 기금관리주체 그 밖에 기금의 자산운용을 담당하는 자에게 부당한 영향력을 행사하여 기금에 손해를 끼친 경우 해당 공무원은 제1항의 규정에 따른 책임이 있는 자와 연대하여 손해를 배상하여야 한다. <개정 2020.6.9>
