국가재정법 제73조(기금결산)

각 중앙관서의 장은 「국가회계법」에서 정하는 바에 따라 회계연도마다 소관 기금의 결산보고서를 중앙관서결산보고서에 통합하여 작성한 후 제58조제1항에 따라 재정경제부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
