국가유산수리 등에 관한 법률 제45조(국가유산수리 현황의 검사 등)

① 국가유산청장 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 등록기준에의 적합 여부, 하도급의 적정성 등을 판단하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 국가유산수리업자등에게 그 업무 및 국가유산수리 현황 등에 관하여 보고하게 하거나 자료를 제출하도록 명할 수 있으며, 소속 공무원으로 하여금 국가유산수리업자등의 경영실태를 조사하게 하거나 관계 서류와 시설을 검사하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2016.2.3, 2023.8.8, 2024.2.13>

② 제1항에 따른 조사나 검사를 하는 공무원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 내보여야 한다.
