국가유산수리 등에 관한 법률 제31조(검사 및 인도)

① 수급인은 하수급인으로부터 하도급 국가유산수리의 완료 또는 기성(旣成) 부분의 통지를 받은 경우에는 10일 이내에 이를 확인하기 위한 검사를 하여야 한다. <개정 2023.8.8>

② 수급인은 제1항에 따른 검사 결과 하도급 국가유산수리가 계약대로 끝난 경우에는 지체 없이 이를 인수하여야 한다. <개정 2023.8.8>
