국가유산수리 등에 관한 법률 제13조(부정행위자에 대한 조치)

국가유산청장은 국가유산수리기술자 자격시험이나 국가유산수리기능자 자격시험에서 부정행위를 한 응시자에 대하여는 그 시험을 정지시키거나 무효로 하며, 그 시험 시행일부터 3년간 응시자격을 정지한다. <개정 2023.8.8, 2024.2.13>
