국가유산수리 등에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제25조(국가유산수리의 평가)

① 법 제54조제1항에 따른 국가유산수리의 평가는 영 제29조제1항제1호에 해당하는 국가유산수리가 90퍼센트 이상 완료된 때에 실시하여야 한다. <개정 2024.5.24>

② 제1항에 따른 평가는 국가유산수리를 발주한 국가유산청장이나 지방자치단체의 장이 지명하는 3명 이상의 관계 공무원(발주자의 소속 직원을 포함한다) 및 관계 전문가가 실시한다. 이 경우 관계 전문가는 둘 이상이 포함되어야 한다. <개정 2024.5.24>

③ 제1항에 따른 평가는 별표 4의 국가유산수리 평가기준에 따라 실시하고, 그 결과는 별지 제26호서식의 국가유산수리 평가표 및 별지 제27호서식의 국가유산수리 평가총괄표에 기록ㆍ관리한다. <개정 2024.5.24>

④ 국가유산수리가 「국가를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 시행령」 제72조 또는 「지방자치단체를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률 시행령」 제88조에 따라 공동계약의 형식에 따르는 경우 해당 계약의 이행방식이 공동이행방식이면 국가유산수리 전체에 대하여 평가하고, 분담이행방식이면 국가유산수리업자가 분담하는 국가유산수리별로 평가한다. <개정 2017.2.3, 2024.5.24>
