국가유공자 등 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제94조의7(분과위원회의 설치 등)

① 법 제74조의7에 따라 보훈심사위원회에 6개의 분과위원회를 둔다. 이 경우 위원장은 국가유공자의 적용대상 또는 상이ㆍ질병 등의 의학적 분류를 고려하여 분과위원회의 전문분야를 구분할 수 있다.

② 각 분과위원회의 회의는 상임위원 1명과 위원장이 회의마다 지정하는 위원을 포함하여 총 7명의 위원으로 구성한다.

(2) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 each이치 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 a어 total토우틀 of어^v브 7 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 standing스탠딩 member멤버 and앤드 members멤버즈 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 for^f포 each이치 meeting.미팅

③ 분과위원회의 위원장(이하 "분과위원장"이라 한다)은 위원장이 지정하는 상임위원 또는 비상임위원이 되고, 분과위원회의 사무를 총괄한다.

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 a어 subcommittee서브커미티 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 a어 "subcommittee서브커미티 chairperson")체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 a어 standing스탠딩 member멤버 or오 non-standing난-스탠딩 member멤버 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 shall섈 oversee오우^v버시 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 subcommittee.서브커미티

④ 분과위원장은 분과위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

(4) The^ð더 subcommittee서브커미티 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 subcommittee서브커미티 and앤드 serve서^v브 as애즈 its잇츠 presiding프^r리자이딩 officer.오^f퍼서

⑤ 분과위원회의 회의는 제2항에 따른 구성원 과반수의 출석과 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(5) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 a어 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 adopt어답트 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2) and앤드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑥ 분과위원회의 회의는 필요한 경우 전자회의로 개최할 수 있다. <신설 2020.12.1>
