국가유공자 등 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제59조(채용신체검사의 판정)

① 법 제35조에 따른 전상군경, 공상군경, 4ㆍ19혁명부상자, 공상공무원 및 특별공로상이자에 대한 채용신체검사 합격판정은 「의료법」 제3조제2항제3호가목에 따른 병원 또는 같은 호 바목에 따른 종합병원에서 한다. <개정 2012.6.27, 2024.11.12>

② 제1항에 따른 의료기관의 장은 상이처로 인한 신체적 부자유만을 이유로 취업지원 대상자의 직무수행 능력을 불리하게 판정하여서는 아니 된다.
