국가유공자 등 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제24조의2(국가유공자를 주로 부양 또는 양육한 사람에 대한 보상금 지급)

① 법 제13조제2항제2호에 따라 국가유공자를 주로 부양하거나 양육한 사람으로서 보상금을 지급받으려는 사람은 그 사실을 증명할 수 있는 서류를 국가보훈부장관에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2012.6.27, 2019.12.24, 2023.5.23>

② 제1항에 따라 국가유공자를 주로 부양하거나 양육한 사실을 증명할 때 같은 순위 유족 간에 다툼이 있는 경우에는 보훈심사위원회의 심의ㆍ의결을 거쳐 보상금을 지급받을 사람을 결정한다. <개정 2012.6.27>
