Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of the National Education Commission, Article 22 (Designation of Education Research Centers)

① 국가교육위원회는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 기관이나 법인 중에서 국가교육위원회의 의결을 거쳐 법 제21조제1항에 따른 교육연구센터(이하 "교육연구센터"라 한다)를 지정할 수 있다.

② 교육연구센터의 지정 기준은 다음 각 호와 같다.

1. 국가교육위원회 사무의 지원을 위한 전담 조직과 인력을 보유할 것

2. 국가교육위원회 사무의 지원 업무를 수행하는 데 필요한 시설을 갖출 것

③ 제1항에 따라 교육연구센터로 지정받으려는 기관이나 법인은 지정신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 국가교육위원회에 제출해야 한다.

1. 업무 수행을 위한 전담 조직ㆍ인력의 보유 현황이나 확보 계획

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 교육연구센터의 지정에 필요한 사항은 국가교육위원회가 정하여 고시한다.
