국가교육위원회 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제20조(전문위원의 자격 등)

① 법 제19조제1항에 따른 전문위원(이하 "전문위원"이라 한다)은 교육ㆍ문화ㆍ언론ㆍ고용ㆍ산업ㆍ복지ㆍ과학기술 등과 관련된 분야를 전공한 박사학위 소지자 또는 이에 준하는 전문지식과 경험이 있다고 인정되는 사람 중에서 국가교육위원회의 위원장이 성별을 고려하여 위촉한다.

② 전문위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다.
