국가공무원 복무규정 제7조(파견근무)

① 법 제32조의4에 따라 다른 기관에서 파견근무하는 사람은 복무에 관하여 파견받은 기관의 장의 지휘ㆍ감독을 받는다.

② 다른 기관에서 파견근무하는 사람이 그 파견 기간 중에 징계 사유에 해당하게 되었을 때에는 파견받은 기관의 장은 그 파견근무자의 소속 기관의 장에게 그 사실을 통보하여야 한다.
