국가공무원 등 직무발명의 처분ㆍ관리 및 보상 등에 관한 규정 제18조(기여보상금)

지식재산처장은 수탁기관의 장이 국가직무발명특허권등을 유상으로 처분한 경우에는 그 처분수입금의 100분의 15의 범위에서 예산 등을 고려하여 지식재산처장이 정하여 고시하는 바에 따라 기여보상금을 수탁기관의 장에게 지급해야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
