Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on National Geospatial Information, Article 24-2 (Criteria for Designating Specialized Security Review Institutions, etc.)

① 관리기관의 장은 법 제35조의3제1항에 따라 다음 각 호의 기관 또는 협회 중에서 별표 1에서 정하는 기준을 충족하는 기관 또는 협회를 법 제35조의2제1항에 따른 보안심사 업무를 전문적ㆍ체계적으로 수행하는 보안심사 전문기관(이하 "보안심사전문기관"이라 한다)으로 지정할 수 있다. <개정 2025.2.7>
