구강보건법 시행령 제16조(장애인 구강보건사업의 범위)

Enforcement Decree of the Oral Health Act, Article 16 (Scope of Oral Health Projects for Persons with Disabilities)

① 법 제15조제2항에 따라 국가와 지방자치단체가 실시하는 장애인 구강보건사업의 범위는 다음 각 호와 같다.

2. 장애인 구강검진사업

3. 그 밖에 장애인의 구강건강증진에 필요하다고 인정되는 사업

② 제1항에 따른 장애인 구강보건교육사업 및 장애인 구강검진사업의 내용은 별표 1과 같다.
