Enforcement Decree of the Act on Promotion of Mobility Convenience for Transportation Vulnerable Persons, Article 19-3 (Survey of Transportation Welfare Indicators)

① 법 제25조의2제1항에 따른 교통복지지표(이하 "교통복지지표"라 한다)의 조사 항목은 다음 각 호와 같다.

③ 국토교통부장관은 법 제25조의2제2항에 따른 조사를 하는 경우에는 특별시ㆍ광역시ㆍ특별자치시ㆍ도ㆍ특별자치도로 구분하여 교통복지지표를 조사해야 한다. 이 경우 국토교통부장관은 해당 지방자치단체의 장에게 조사에 필요한 자료 및 의견의 제출 등 협조를 요청할 수 있다.
