교통안전법 시행령 제35조의2(이행결과보고서의 제출)

법 제49조제3항에 따라 이행계획서를 제출한 관계행정기관의 장은 같은 조 제4항에 따라 이행계획서를 제출한 날부터 90일이 되는 날(이행계획서에서 정한 이행완료일이 이행계획서를 제출한 날부터 90일이 되는 날 이후인 경우에는 이행계획서에서 정한 이행완료일부터 30일이 되는 날)까지 이행결과보고서를 교통행정기관 등에 제출해야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사유로 그 기한까지 이행결과보고서를 제출할 수 없는 경우에는 교통행정기관 등과 협의하여 제출기한을 연기할 수 있다.
