교통시설특별회계법 제8조(일반회계로부터의 전입)

Transportation Facilities Special Account Act, Article 8 (Transfers from the General Account)

① 정부는 회계연도마다 다음 각 호의 금액에 해당하는 세입 예산액을 일반회계로부터 이 회계에 전입하여야 한다. <개정 2019.12.31, 2021.12.21>

1. 「교통ㆍ에너지ㆍ환경세법」에 따른 교통ㆍ에너지ㆍ환경세의 1천분의 680에 해당하는 금액(이하 "교통ㆍ에너지ㆍ환경세전입액"이라 한다)

② 제1항제2호에 따른 개별소비세액은 도로계정의 세입으로 하고, 제1항제3호에 따른 관세액은 철도계정의 세입으로 한다.

③ 도로계정, 철도계정, 교통체계관리계정, 항공공항계정 및 항만계정은 세출 재원을 확보하기 위하여 제1항의 전입금 외에 예산에서 정하는 바에 따라 일반회계로부터 전입받을 수 있다. <개정 2025.8.26>

④ 인천국제공항건설과 관련된 고속도로의 건설을 위한 재원은 항공공항계정으로부터 도로계정에 전입할 수 있다. <개정 2016.3.29, 2025.8.26>
