교정공제회법 제13조(임원의 직무)

① 이사장은 공제회를 대표하고 대의원회의 의장과 운영위원회의 위원장이 되며 공제회의 운영과 사무를 총괄한다.

② 이사는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 공제회의 업무를 나누어 맡으며 이사장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 직무를 대행한다.

③ 감사는 공제회의 회계와 업무집행 사항을 감사한다.
