교육공무원 승진규정 제36조(학위취득실적평정)

교육공무원이 해당 직위에서 석사 또는 박사학위를 취득한 경우에는 그 취득학위 중 하나를 평정대상으로 하고, 교육공무원이 전직된 경우에는 전직 이전의 직위 중의 학위취득실적을 포함하여 평정한다. 다만, 제33조제4항에 따라 자격연수성적으로 평정된 석사학위취득실적은 평정대상에서 제외한다. <개정 2002.6.25, 2007.5.25, 2020.2.28>
