교과용 도서에 관한 규정 제30조(주문)

학교의 장은 매 학기에 사용할 교과용 도서를 해당 학기 시작 4개월 전까지 「초ㆍ중등교육법」 제30조의4에 따른 교육정보시스템을 이용하여 해당 교과용 도서의 발행자 또는 그 대리인에게 주문해야 한다. 다만, 제26조에 따른 교과용 도서의 내용 수정 등 특별한 사정이 있는 경우에는 교육부장관이 별도로 정한 기한까지 주문할 수 있다. <개정 2025.11.25>
