광주 군 공항 이전 및 종전부지 개발 등에 관한 특별법 제21조(산업단지 조성에 관한 특례)

국토교통부장관은 이전사업 및 지원사업, 종전부지 개발사업이 시행되는 지역에 있는 산업단지의 활성화를 위하여 해당 광역지방자치단체의 장의 요청이 있는 경우 산업단지의 전부 또는 일부 지역의 기능을 변경하여 산업단지의 종류를 전환할 수 있다. 이 경우 전환 등에 관하여는 「산업입지 및 개발에 관한 법률」 제13조의2를 따른다.
