광업법 제7조(행위의 효력의 승계)

Mining Industry Act, Article 7 (Succession to the Effect of Acts)

이 법에 따라 행한 절차나 그 밖의 행위는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자의 승계인에 대하여도 그 효력이 있다.
