광업법 제52조(설정인가 등)

①조광권을 설정하려는 때에는 조광권자가 되려는 자와 채굴권자는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 산업통상부장관의 인가를 받아야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.27, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

②조광권자가 되려는 자는 조광권설정의 인가통지서를 받으면 인가통지서를 받은 날부터 60일 이내에 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 등록세를 내고 산업통상부장관에게 등록을 신청하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2016.1.6, 2025.10.1>

③제2항에 따른 등록을 신청하지 아니하면 인가는 효력을 상실한다.
