광업법 제50조(조광구)

①조광권의 구역(이하 "조광구"라 한다)의 경계는 채굴권의 광구의 경계와 같다. 다만, 대통령령으로 정하는 특정광상(特定鑛床)의 경계는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2010.1.27>

②제1항 단서의 경우에는 그 지표경계를 직선으로 정하고 지표경계선의 직하를 구분하여 한계를 정할 수 있다.
