광업법 제102조(벌칙)

Mining Industry Act, Article 102 (Penalty Provisions)

다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 1년 이하의 징역 또는 1천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2010.1.27>

1. 제5조제1항 단서를 위반하여 분리된 광물을 영리목적으로 양도한 자

2. 제42조제4항(제61조에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)을 위반한 자
