광업법 시행령 제66조(간사와 서기)

①위원회에 간사 1명과 서기 몇 명을 둔다.

(1) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 and앤드 several세^v브^r럴 clerks.클러크스

②간사와 서기는 산업통상부 소속 직원 중에서 산업통상부장관이 임명한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

(2) The^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 and앤드 clerks클러크스 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Industry인더스트^r리 and앤드 Trade트^r레이드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 employees엠플로이이즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Industry인더스트^r리 and앤드 Trade.트^r레이드

③간사는 위원장의 명을 받아 위원회의 서무를 처리하고, 서기는 간사를 보좌한다.

(3) The^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 shall섈 handle핸들 the^ð더 general제너^r럴 affairs어^f페어즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 under언더 the^ð더 direction더^r렉션 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson,체어퍼슨 and앤드 the^ð더 clerks클러크스 shall섈 assist어시스트 the^ð더 secretary.세크^r러테^r리
