광업법 시행령 제24조(같은 광상에 묻혀 있는 광물의 확인신청 등)

①법 제29조에 따라 같은 광상에 묻혀 있는 광물을 확인받으려는 자는 산업통상부령으로 정하는 광물확인신청서에 광상설명서를 첨부하여 산업통상부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

②산업통상부장관은 같은 광상에 묻혀 있는 광물의 확인신청을 받으면 법 제15조제5항 본문에 따른 현장조사를 하여야 한다. 다만, 광상설명서에 따라 같은 광상에 묻혀 있는 다른 광물의 존재가 확인된 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
