광업법 시행령 제21조(광업권설정허가 등의 통지)

①산업통상부장관이 광업권설정을 허가한 경우에는 지체 없이 광업출원인에게 알려야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
