관세사법 제17조의9(업무집행방법 등)

① 관세법인은 법인 명의로 그 업무를 수행하며, 업무를 수행할 때에는 그 업무를 담당할 관세사를 지정하여야 한다. 이 경우 소속관세사에 대하여는 이사를 포함시켜 지정하여야 한다.

② 관세법인이 그 업무에 관하여 작성하는 문서에는 법인의 명칭 및 그 업무를 담당하는 관세사의 이름을 표시하여야 한다.
