관세법 시행령 제63조(실질적 피해등의 판정)

Enforcement Decree of the Customs Act, Article 63 (Determination of Material Injury, etc.)

①무역위원회는 제61조에 따라 실질적 피해등의 사실을 조사ㆍ판정하는 때에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함한 실질적 증거에 근거해야 한다. <개정 2020.12.29>

③무역위원회는 제1항의 규정에 의하여 실질적 피해등의 사실을 조사ㆍ판정함에 있어 2 이상의 국가로부터 수입된 물품이 동시에 조사대상물품이 되고 다음 각 호에 모두 해당하는 경우에는 그 수입으로부터의 피해를 누적적으로 평가할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2024.2.29, 2025.12.30>
