관세법 시행령 제278조(공로심사)

①관세청장 또는 세관장은 법 제324조의 규정에 의한 공로자의 공로사실을 조사하여 포상할 필요가 있다고 인정되는 자에 대하여 포상할 수 있다. <개정 2009.2.4>

②관세청장 또는 세관장은 포상을 받을 만한 공로가 있는 자에게 공정하게 포상의 기회를 부여하여야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Customs커스텀즈 Service서^v비스 or오 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 customs커스텀즈 office오^f피스 shall섈 give기^v브 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 meritorious메^r러토^r리어스 service서^v비스 deserving디저^v빙 a어 reward^r리워드 a어 fair^f페어 opportunity아퍼투너티 to투 be비 rewarded.^r리워디드

③제1항에 따른 포상에 필요한 공로의 기준ㆍ조사방법과 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 관세청장이 정한다. 다만, 동일한 공로에 대하여 이중으로 포상할 수 없다. <개정 2009.2.4>
