법 제260조제1항의 규정에 의하여 관세를 납부하고자 하는 자는 제262조제2항의 경우에는 세관장에게, 기타의 경우에는 체신관서에 각각 금전으로 이를 납부하여야 한다.
A person who intends to pay customs duties under Article 260 (1) of the Act shall pay them in money to the head of a customs office in the case of Article 262 (2), and to a postal office in other cases.
